Long, persistent and intense finish. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWine-making \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe summer was hot, but in our vineyard in Estremoz, temperature variations were low, a typical characteristic of this region. This guarantees longer maturation periods and grapes develop with a great balance between alcohol and acidity.
