Collection: Quinta do Roncão

Quinta do Roncão was born on the hills of Douro, resulting from the owner’s dream, who created this family business located in Vila Seca de Poiares.

Our Vineyards are from 30-100 years old and are located in the slopes of the mountains at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. The viticulture uses integrated farming practices, and the olive grove is now in transition to organic farming, which aims to make our products more environmentally responsible.
We produce DOC Douro wines and olive oil using exclusively fruit from our own crops.
Our winery was built in 1923 onto a hillside in three big terraces, which allows the use of gravity. On the top floor there are 5 lagares made of Granit and Schist where we produce all our red wines. Modern technologies, foreign and local experience developed in recent decades, make our wines unique and special.

Open to the public since 2019, we seek to give personal and authentic tasting experiences.
This is a traditional family winery with calm and refreshing views, where you can relax and enjoy our wines and olive oil.
