Água Viva Baga 2019

Made from the Baga red grape variety, this Blanc des Noirs sparkling wine has a delicate onion skin hue. Its fine, persistent mousse prepares it for a beautifully expressive nose, with notes of wild berries such as cherries and red currants, complemented by rhubarb, floral nuances and fresh herbs. The subtle hint of brioche and hazelnut adds a touch of sophistication. On the palate, it strikes a harmonious balance between vibrant acidity and a slight bitterness. The structure is marked by elegance, lightness and brightness, culminating in a long, expressive finish with remarkable acidity.
