Anima de Fornalhas

Full-bodied, caramelized notes, chocolate with a hint of pepper. Powerful but elegant tannins that give a long finish. Hand-picked with total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with total maceration for 7 to 10 days, between 25°C and 27°C. Post-fermentation maceration is carried out at a high temperature for the following 10 days.
