Barbeito No Forno - Lote do Chefe

This moment is my way of showing hospitality. First, it is about sharing ‘my’ Madeira—not with professional colleagues, but with friends who will carry this experience in their memories. Then, there is the opportunity to mark the occasion of the Michelin Portugal 2026 gala reception by launching my first Madeira wine, ‘No Forno.’ This project began as a challenge born of friendship with Ricardo Diogo from Barbeito and evolved into a wonderful adventure—one that is now ready to be tasted. I truly hope it will be a special moment shared among friends; I am putting a great deal of heart into it.
