Blanc de Blancs Leveduras Indígenas Sparkling

The Maria Gomes variety is one of Bairrada's main white grapes. Every year, between the middle and end of August, we make a first harvest for sparkling wine, to obtain high levels of acidity; the second harvest is made two weeks later, for the production of white wine.
