VINIFICAÇÃO

Around 75% of the blend fermented in small stainless steel vats and the rest in used 500-liter

barrels, with bâtonnage for 120 days.

NOTAS DE PROVA

Salmon-coloured with well-defined aromas of red fruits and small berries, with some fresh notes

of mint. The palate is fresh and balanced, with moderate acidity, good volume and final

complexity.
