Casa da Atela Chardonnay

VINIFICATION

Around 75% of the blend fermented in small stainless steel vats, and the rest in used 500-liter

barrels, with bâtonnage for 120 days.

TASTING NOTES

It has a citrus color and aromas of stone fruit. In the mouth, it reveals freshness and notes of

honey, intensity and balance, vibrant acidity, good unctuousness and some final complexity.

It should be served at a temperature of 10º C in a tall glass
