Casal das Aires Pinot Noir

Bright red in colour with slight hints of garnet. On the nose it shows aromas of ripe red and blue fruit such as blueberries, cherries and raspberries, with very well integrated and subtle wood giving aromas of vanilla and light toast. Harmonious on the palate, fine tannins giving a remarkable but very elegant structure, high acidity giving great freshness and balance. A persistent, fresh and very long finish. It will certainly evolve very well in the bottle.

It goes perfectly with grilled meats, meat lasagna and oven-roasted lamb shoulder.

It is recommended to drink it at 15º-16º.
