This Casal das Aires white wine is produced from the Fernão Pires grape variety, grown on the property’s old vines, planted in 1934. It has a rich and slightly spicy aroma, with notes of grapefruit and apple, as well as meadow flowers, reminiscent of the arrival of spring, with buttercups standing out. On the palate, it has a texture that oscillates between fresh marble and well-pressed linen, with a true length and presence in the mid-palate.
