Castas de Monção

This sparkling wine is produced from the tear musts of the grape varieties Alvarinho and Trajadura. Fermentation and long aging in bottle (18 months), complete the process that brings together the maximum expression of the two varieties, resulting in an elegant, fresh, vibrant and very gastronomic.

It should be drunk between 6 and 8º C. Excellent to accompany with fruit sea, grilled meats and oven roasts.
