Cauda Pet Nat Alvarelhão

Cauda Pet Nat. This natural sparkling wine made from Alvarelhão, produced in the popular Pet-Nat style (Pétillant Naturel or Méthode Ancestrale), was first released in 2021. Alvarelhão is a native grape variety that we greatly appreciate and value. In this vintage, we produced a small quantity to test its suitability for Pet Nat winemaking, and the results exceeded expectations. This project was developed at Soalheiro’s Innovation Cellar in partnership with Hugo Brito, following the successful winemaking of the Loureiro grape variety using the same method—Cauda Pet Nat Loureiro.
