Cauda Pet Nat Loureiro

Cauda Pet Nat. This natural sparkling wine from Loureiro, made in the popular Pet-Nat style (Pétillant Naturel or Méthode Ancestrale), was developed at Soalheiro’s Innovation Cellar in partnership with Hugo Brito, who hails from Fontoura – Valença, the municipality where the grapes used to make this wine were harvested. Passionate about wine, Hugo decided to pursue a graduate degree in oenology at the Catholic University of Porto, which strengthened his desire to create new concepts in this field. Cauda Pet Nat Loureiro can be enjoyed at Soalheiro or at Candelabro, its wine bar and bookstore, in Porto.
