Comporta Rosé

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 15º and 16º C. About 20% of the blend is fermented in barrels. Aged on fine lees for 9 months.

Winemaker’s notes: Orange salmon color. It has a complex aroma, but without exaggeration. It has notes of wax, brioche and peach. In the mouth it reveals itself without imposition, guided by the enormous harmony between acidity, intensity and sweetness.
