An extraordinary blend of Encruzado, Gouveio, and Uva Cão grape varieties, which, after aging in barrels and then in bottles, has resulted in a very complex wine with a straw yellow color and notes of white fruit, oats, brioche, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it is very fresh, mineral, creamy, and enveloping.
