Sparkling wine produced with Lágrima must (without pressing), from 100% grapes Alvarinho. Bottle fermentation, the prolonged aging (24 months) always controlled temperature and harmonization of the variety with the traditional method

Champagne (classic method), makes Côto de Mamoelas a sparkling wine “gluttonous” with a unique elegance, freshness, creaminess and persistence.

Ideal for all occasions, where you want to surprise!

It should be drunk between 6 and 8º C. Excellent as an aperitif and accompaniment of roasted and grilled meats, particularly poultry, lamb and suckling pig.
