Manual night harvesting to ensure the grapes are fresh, followed by gentle crushing into vats by gravity (the grapes never touch pumps), with the spout (valve) open. Then, natural cold settling, without any additives. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats without any barrels (unoaked). 100% sangria. Pale blush pink color, floral aroma and notes of red forest fruit. Good texture and persistent freshness on the finish.
