Galego Dourado Branco

The fruits were hand picked in the morning. On the arrival at the winery, the grapes were carefully pressed and the juice pumped to a fermentation barrel, where the wine fermented without added yeasts. The final blend aged for 6 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
