A wine made from our friends at Adega Belem from Moscatel Galego grapes planted in the vineyards of the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, University of Lisbon at Tapada da Ajuda, a neighborhood in the hills just above the winery. Vindima manual. Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation, on-skin maceration for 3 weeks. Dense organic fruit aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, lychee and pineapple, great acidity, a wine that accompanies delicious light meals, salads, sweet meats, fish, pasta dishes. Also an excellent aperitif wine.
