Manual harvesting of Portuguese grape varieties in a Sustainable Production system: Arinto, Antão Vaz and Alvarinho. Fermentation in French oak barrels and cement deposits, and 6 months aging in sur lies barrel. Aroma of lime, excellent acidity and balance that reflects the microclimate of Alto Alentejo and the great wines of this region. Pairs with roasted chicken, sea bass au beurre noisette or risotto al funghi.
