WINEMAKING & AGEING

Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by

alcoholic fermentation for 8 days in tapered vats at a

temperature of 25ºC. The aging took place in French oak

barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 12 months.

TASTING NOTES

in the nose highlights the aroma of wild berries and the

freshness of an Atlantic wine. Freshness and acidity very well

combined with tannins is what is found in the mouth, great

complexity and longevity.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Perfect with fatty meats and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
