Melpasso

Developed at the Cave da Inovação, through a partnership between the winemakers at APRT3 Vinhos and Soalheiro, the Melpasso Alvarinho 2021 is a bold interpretation of the grape variety. A one-of-a-kind wine, produced exclusively as a single vintage, it applies the Ripasso method to Alvarinho. The result is a wine with greater structure, texture, and depth, without losing the freshness, minerality, and elegance that define this grape variety.
