Hand-picked into 18kg boxes. Whole bunch pressing, cold settling, fermentation and aging in 25% new oak barrels and 75% stainless steel tanks with bâttonage for 10 months. Citrus yellow color, soft citrus aroma. Dense attack on the palate, with balanced acidity. Rich retro in the middle of the tasting. Finishes with plenty of freshness and persistence.
