Os Caniveis Red

Plowed by horse. Hand-picked into 18kg boxes. Partial destemming combined with whole bunches, maceration for 40 days. Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels. Light ruby-violet color, open, with notes of fresh fruit and dark chocolate. Creamy on the palate, with firm, long-lasting tannins.
