Pala Pinta Branco

Plowed by horse. Hand-picked into 18kg boxes. Direct whole bunch pressing, cold settling, fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in neutral barrels. Citrus yellow, bewildering nose, complex, notes of white-fleshed fruit. The attack is fresh and rich with great depth.
