Parapente Vinhas Velhas White

Parapente Branco 2021 was produced with a blend of traditional grape varieties present in the field blend — Côdega, Viosinho, Verdelho, Bical and Gouveio. It was fermented and aged for 10 months in oak barrels.

It has a balsamic, medicinal and spicy aroma, with a creamy touch, developing more intense notes of pollen and verbena. It has moderate maturation, 12.5% ​​alcohol, pH 3.12 and 6.2 grams of acidity, reflecting a colder and rainier year that produced lighter, fresher wines with lower alcohol content. It has a serious and chalky palate, with a dry, long and tasty finish.
