Paxá Premium Negra Mole 2024

This exquisite wine was carefully hand-picked and aged for six months in French oak barrels. It presents a soft ruby hue and a complex bouquet of floral notes, cherry, and a subtle vegetal touch. On the palate, it is soft, light, and slightly salty, with a fruity cherry flavor that lingers. Perfectly served between 14-15°C, it pairs wonderfully with the regional delicacies of grilled sardines or tuna steak.
