Winemaking Process: Wine fermented in granite stone lagares when must reached the desired sweetness value, fermentation was interrupted by the add of brandy(77%); ageing in oak wood barrels

for a minimum period of seven years, in our warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia, till bottling.

Tasting Notes: Brick color wine. On the nose have aromas of dried fruit with touch of spices. On the palate is balanced with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness. Long and elegant finish.
