Quinta da Atela Colheita Selecionada Tinto

VINIFICATION

The grape varieties were vinified separately, in small stainless steel vats and pneumatic treading

mills, with aging for 6 months in French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

The wine has a ruby color, aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of mint, with a smooth mouth and

silky tannins.

GASTRONOMY

It goes perfectly with meat dishes or fatty fish baked in the oven.

It should be served at a temperature of 16º C
