Quinta do Moinho Sparkling

Baga is an indigenous Portuguese grape variety, perfectly rooted in Bairrada. To show the character of this terroir, this wine is made from a vineyard called Quinta do Moinho.

We produce the sparkling wine from the first harvest, at the end of August, in order to obtain good acidity. This also improves the ripeness of the remaining grapes, which are harvested 3 to 4 weeks later to produce the red wine.
