Pre-destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. Gentle pressing of both grape varieties together, followed by static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. 60% of the batch ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and ages with gentle stirring of the lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks; 40% of the batch ferments in 500-liter French oak barrels (2nd year) with gentle batonnage. It presents a straw color, is aromatically discreet and fresh. The fruit is soft, with citrus notes and the presence of dry notes. On the palate, it is lively, dry, with balanced acidity, good volume and full-bodied. The intensity of flavors is dominated by fruit, freshness and minerality.
