Quinta do Monte Travesso Rosé

After carefully collecting the grapes in small capacity boxes, the grapes are carefully processed and destemmed; liquid must obtained by the saigneé method; followed by decantation for 24 hours at low temperature; prolonged fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the grape.
