White wine made of four red grape varieties (Blanc de Noir). Light, dry and pleasant wine for everyday consumption.

TASTING NOTES

An elegant white wine made with red grapes. A glistening clear transparent colour with light hints of a grassy yellow, with delicate aromas of peaches and citrus. The palate is sleek and creamy with bright notes of fresh cantaloupe with a touch of refreshing acidity that drives the wine towards a nice saline finish.

SERVICE & PAIRING

Serve between 7 and 10ºC. Harmonizes well with sea fish, salads, seafood or just enjoy on its own.

VINIFICATION & AGING

Free run juice from whole cluster pressing of red grapes, fermented and aged on the lees in egg-shaped and stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
