Serra Brava Chardonnay

The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to

select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled

temperature.

CELLAR TIME: 3 months in bottle

AROMA: Fruity aroma, predominantly of mango, papaya and apple. Floral notes of jasmine.

FLAVOUR: Full-bodied and balanced palate, with good acidity, minerality and persistent finish.

GASTRONOMY: Goes well with fish, seafood and light cold meat dishes and sushi.
