Soalheiro Cota 27

Cota 27 is an Alvarinho grown in the lower slopes of the Monção and Melgaço valley, in small vineyard plots along the Minho River, where the soils are richer in clay. Our fascination with the characteristic minerality of mountain Alvarinho inspired us to seek out its counterpart along the river—a profile we explored at the Innovation Cellar.
