Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Nature

Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Nature is an “outside-the-box” sparkling wine, inspired by the traditional method of sparkling wine production and featuring a special touch of innovation. This wine is based on Soalheiro Nature, our sulfite-free Alvarinho. Yeast Pearls were added to the base wine, which was then bottled with a special cork, allowing the Pearls to remain in the bottle until the wine is consumed. The Pearls, which are flavorless, provide a very delicate effervescence and texture. They are clearly visible, especially when they accumulate in the last glass, and can even be tasted.
