Soalheiro O Cubo

It was supposed to be a cube, but the shape of the glass container in our Innovation Cellar turned out differently: four of its sides are rectangles. We monitored the wine throughout fermentation and aging, and then bottled it. We invite you to look at this wine through the glass and taste it.
