Soalheiro Revirado Alvarinho

Revirado is an Alvarinho that grows on the slopes of the mountains surrounding Portugal’s northernmost region. It was fermented and stirred several times with high-altitude sediment in spin barrels. There’s more we could have written about this wine, but it’s best to discover it in the glass.
