Revirado Loureiro is born in Atlantic vineyards, marked by the direct influence of the sea breeze. High humidity and cool breezes prolong ripening, preserving acidity and revealing the grape variety’s more subtle and floral side. It ferments with high turbidity in spin barrels, keeping the fine lees in continuous suspension. This movement integrates the acidity, reinforces the texture, and highlights a salty and mineral profile that is unusual for Loureiro.
