Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc & Alvarinho is the result of Soalheiro’s ongoing quest to uncover the region’s full potential. Following the success of our Pinot Noir, we decided to explore which expressions of Sauvignon Blanc could thrive in our region. This quest has resulted in a unique Sauvignon Blanc, distinct from its counterparts in France or New Zealand. The excellent adaptation of the Sauvignon Blanc grape to the Minho region makes it an interesting pairing with the Alvarinho grape, resulting in a blend where the former is more prominent on the nose and the latter helps to round out the palate.
