Sobroso Rosé

The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our cellar in a small 15kg boxes. The must is the result of direct pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 25 days. Clear and bright. Light Rosé Colour. Notes of very ripe cheries and strawberies dominate the aroma. In mouth it is rounded and notably fresh.
