Thanks to our immense diversity of grape varieties, we have been fortunate enough to be able to pick grapes in a perfect state of ripeness, with a balance and correctness that, even today, surprise us with their good evolution and development. Then, in addition to the good fruit that we have harvested from our vineyards, we have also benefited from the many investments and good decisions that we have made, from the proximity of the vineyards to the winery, to the patient and gentle pressings, from the low fermentation temperatures to the small capacity vats, always with constant attention to detail.
