Touriga Nacional Rosé

Very selective manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. The bunches are carefully selected on a sorting table and then the grapes are gently crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the aid of pumps. The sangria ferments spontaneously at 12ºC in order to maintain its full aromatic potential. Light pink in color, with hints of cherry, it has a very intense nose of ripe strawberry. Surprisingly textured and fresh on the palate.
