Viúva Gomes DOC Colares Red

A blend of several parcels with vines growing in sandy soil, with clay-limestone bedrock. Whole bunches are trodden by foot and macerated until the end of alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 5 years in French oak barrels and chestnut and mahogany barrels.
