1º Jeirões São Mateus Verdelho

Pale citrus yellow in color, with an intense nose featuring notes of smoke, dried sea salt, and citrusy hints of grapefruit. On the palate, it is textured, with excellent acidity, freshness, and a long finish. A wine born of the sea, ready to pair with shellfish and seafood (red mullet, sea roe, sea urchins), yet with enough density and concentration to pair with white meats with a seared fat, such as a good suckling pig or even pork belly.
