After gentle pressing, the grapes are macerated for 3 to 4 days and then pressed. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel. Aroma of orange peel with notes of honeycomb. Fresh and intense.
