Adega da Gaveta Red 2019

Adega da Gaveta Tinto 2019 was our first wine, the beginning of everything. Made from our family vineyard, planted and cared for since the grandfather’s time, and from a blend of four traditional grape varieties, it follows the Adega da Gaveta philosophy: straightforward wines, true to the vineyard and made with minimal intervention, where fruit, freshness and structure come together naturally. What sets this vintage apart is its journey. It was aged for only 6 months in stainless steel and bottled quite early. Since then, it has rested in our cellar, slowly evolving for 4 years in bottle. Time has brought greater integration and complexity, revealing an elegant, harmonious red and ready for the table.
