VINEYARD: 4,000 vines/ha; bilateral cordon, south-facing

VINIFICATION: Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 22º and 25º, without the addition of yeasts.

AGING: 4 months in 140-liter amphorae. Bottled in July 2017 and aged in bottle since then.
