Anselmo Mendes Contacto Loureiro

The production of this wine begins with a rigorous manual selection of the grapes, which are harvested in small crates and quickly transported to the winery, ensuring the preservation of grape quality. After complete destemming, a brief skin maceration follows to extract aromatic characteristics, prior to cold clarification at 12ºC. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and speed to maintain the purity and complexity of the aromas.

The wine ages on the fine lees for at least three months, with regular *batonnage*, which imparts greater complexity and structure to the wine.
