CLIMATE: Temperate with hot, dry summers, average annual rainfall 650mm

SOILS: Clay

VINEYARD: 4,000 vines/ha; bilateral cordon and Guyot training, south-facing

VINIFICATION: Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 22º and 25º.

AGING: 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in July 2017 and aged in bottle since then.
